a true gem of a stay!
christmas decorations delicious breakfast comfy bedroom
i just loved the christmas decorations! the restaurant dinner was amazing, and the bedroom was super comfy. the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon for breakfast were sensational, the best i have had. the presentation was wonderful!
upon arrival, i felt it would have been a nice gesture to have a bottle of bubbly waiting. a fresh loaf of local bread would be nice too. jam or cake would have elevated my experience more!

our cottage included a dining area and a sitting room. it also has laundry machines such as a washer and dryer. the cottage provides all necessary facilities. the sunbeam cottage was pleasant.

broken remote ineffective heating
the bathroom had plenty of towels.
the room felt cold when i got there. the heating was not effective, so the room was never really warm while i stayed there. the tv remote did not work and i could not turn on the tv in the bedroom.
